The fact that people who are depressed, homeless, or have treatable conditions are offered and accepted for assisted suicide in Canada, typically without a psych evaluation, is sickening.

I just read a story about a 23-year-old with treatable diabetes and blindness who was approved and scheduled for the program without any sort of psych evaluation or follow up. Earlier this year I watched a short doc about a veteran who, when faced with homelessness, was suggested to the program as a "possible solution".

Our government is validating suicidal tendencies and suggesting euthanasia as a solution to marginalized communities who don't have any other support systems in place. The whole thing is so dystopian and disgusting.

All I'm saying is if they carbonated Gatorade bubbly would be out of business within weeks.

I go from absolutely detesting WFH to being a huge fan of it.

I feel so much more productive in an office but man do I love being able to make a pour over and a smoothie at the same time while WFH.
